When 30fps is the right frame rate
30 frames a second is the default for web video, phones and most screen recordings, and it is what YouTube, TikTok and every chat app expect unless told otherwise.
It is the safe middle: smooth enough for screen movement and speech, at about half the frames of 60, which keeps files small and uploads quick.

Is 30fps the same as 29.97?
